Personalised Prints

Please allow 7-10 days for prints to be dispatched (however much of the time it takes us just 3 days). We make all of our prints in house and do all the design work ourselves. This takes time and ensures you have a unique product that cannot be found anywhere else. We then use Royal Mail for delivery upon dispatch and depending on the impact of the pandemic their delivery times may vary.

Claims, Disputes & Fraud

You must allow 30 days from making your purchase in order to allow time for your delivery. This is not normal procedure but has been put in place due to the recent Royal Mail strikes . We appreciate your patience.

Making a claim or dispute of non-delivery when you have already received the product is fraudulent and will be met with legal action and possible prosecution. Royal Mail provide proof of all deliveries.

Our Shipping Policy and Goal:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and their shipping dept process the orders, which takes an additional 24 hours.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 14–28 business days. UK orders are arriving within 2-3 weeks most of the time. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
As a standard we always ask that you allow 28 days for delivery wherever you are in the world. We've never failed to dispatch one order but if you have any queries just get in touch.

Please note: If you purchased an eBook or other digital / software products these are delivered instantly via email to the email address you entered during checkout (this could be your PayPal email if you used PayPal as your method of payment).
